Ken isn't saying that the robot would change YOUR home lineup if the other teams pitcher was injured or overused. He means the robot would tell you it was starting one pitcher but then really start a different one. Sometimes you put in a lefty line-up expecting to face a lefty and the robot switches and puts in a righty. The manual explains to watch for that.

YOUR PROBLEM Ken is suggesting might be due to YOU having a player listed IN YOUR STARTING LINEUP who is injured or WORN OUT and thus not available. In that case, the robot would set your HOME lineup for you.

The robot should let you start a player who is just OVERUSED.

I'd would think that should be the ONLY way the robot would change the lineup you submitted.
