Well you can't blame the umps this time. But for Dye's hit by pitch, there were no blow umpire calls that went the Sox way. And who knows if Dye would have been walked witha 3-2 count or not. Or maybe he hits the homer since he hit .468 in the series. HOuston got a favorable umpire call when they called a ball off the wall a homer when it wasn't. And once again, just like the Angels, Houston had countless men on base, on 2nd and 3rd with no outs, one out when a grounfd ball or sac fly would bring them in. But the Sox pitchers struck out of got them to pop up with men in scoring position thru out the playoffs.
