Team and Org Page Information:

Team Page:

The TEAM PAGE is the home page for your franchise. It includes your logo, team uniform, your stadium name (also the actual park your stadium is based on), and other information relative to your team. When you first get your team, you can customize your page by clicking on the Team Designer Icon. Later if you wish to edit your team page, you can make any changes you wish from FRONT OFFICE by selecting TEAM DESIGNER.

NEWS REPORT: The news reports is located directly under your team info and can be created or edited in FRONT OFFICE by selecting NEWS DESK. The headline you create will appear on the ORG page and allow other managers to link directly to your team page via your News Report. The news report can be anything from game news, to team outlook, to commentary on the organization's pennant races. Use your imagination!
Note: if you work too long on your report, you will be timed out and lose your work. There are two solutions to this problem. Either copy and paste your story from a word processing program, or periodically submit the story and go back and continue working on it using the edit mode.

TRADE REPORT: This report lists recent trades made by your team.

LINKS on left side of your TEAM PAGE:

  1. Home Page: Links to the PUREBASEBALL game-site home page.
  2. Org List: Links to a page which lists links to all PUREBASEBALL organization home pages (Org pages)
  3. Your Teams: Links to a list of your teams with individual links to both the TEAM PAGES and ORG PAGES for each organization to which you belong. This page will draw only if you are logged in with your password and ID. If you have not logged in or have been timed out, the log-in screen will appear when you select Your Teams.
  4. Back to Org: This link takes you to the ORG page for the team you are viewing.
  5. Team News: Links back to your team page.
  6. Stats/Roster: Links to all stats and your team roster. Includes real stats for the corresponding season used by your ORG as well as fantasy stats and status page for your team.
  7. Schedules: Links to your team’s schedule for season. The schedule page will normally show only three series at a time but there is a link that will show you your whole season schedule.
  8. Front Office: Links to a page directing you to all front office functions including Trades, Roster moves, Away default lineups, Robot Manager options, and Team designer.
  9. News Desk: Links to the page where you can write or edit your news report.
  10. PUREBASEBALL: Links to our NEWS and ANALYSIS site.

ORG Page:

The ORG PAGE is the home page for the organization (PUREBASEBALL league).

It includes HEADLINE LINKS to official announcements, organizational bulletins, trade talk, and Team News reports. Each headline is linked to the specific report. If you are a first time manager, these headline links are especially valuable as they keep you abreast of what's going on in your organization. The official announcements will help new managers as well as veterans keep abreast of the league schedule. All managers should check headline links on their ORG page often.

The ORG page also includes Batting and Pitching leader boards, which are displayed once the games begin.

The ORG page displays the standings.

The ORG page displays recent trades.

LINKS on left side of your ORG PAGE:

  2. Org List: Links to a page which lists links to all PUREBASEBALL organization home pages (Org Pages)

  5. Schedules: Organizational schedule. Dates for all specific events in a season.
  6. Forums: Links to Organizational Bulletins and Trade Bulletins. This is where you go to post a bulletin in Org Forums.
  7. Drafts: Links to all drafts conducted in the Organization. This is where new managers go to work on their Park and Formation drafts.
  8. Team List: Links to a page, which lists teams and links to managers via e-mail. Teams that are vacant will have no e-mail link.
  9. Search: Links to a page where you can conduct a player search for the organization. Easiest way to find out who has the player you want.
