Unicorns Finally Win Series!
After 5 frustrating years of being knocked out of the playoffs by Durango or Limon, the Glen Ellyn Unicorns defeated both of these teams before winning the World Series in 5 over Bay State. Randy Johnson led the way going 5-0 in the playoffs after leading the league in the regular season with a 29-5 record and 2.46 ERA.
Carlos Delgado grounded into 3 double plays in 665 PA.
